All investment decisions are made solely by you. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments carry risk of loss, and you should consult with qualified financial professionals before making investment decisions.

Market data and analytics provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as investment advice or recommendations.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include:

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulsePortfolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

PulsePortfolio offers a free trial of the Pro features for a limited time period. The specific duration of the trial period will be stated at the time of sign-up.

You may be required to provide valid payment information to start a free trial. At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at our discretion without prior notice.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any other remedies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PulsePortfolio operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
